To answer your question, there are two pages which it would be worth 
bookmarking. The first is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_administrator_attention
which is a good index of other pages on Wikipedia which are there for 
getting the attention of an admin.

In this specific instance, what you were probably looking for was: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism
