[WikiEN-l] Why aren't *all* wikia.com links restricted under nofollow?

Well, Bained had checked in a patch for Mediawiki to address this I believe,
but it was turned down by development--why was it turned down? Apparently a
simple coding solution, so that no one could get around the nofollow.
