Sorry to be a nitpicker about this, but I assume you mean the policies
"Neutral point of view", "Biographies of living persons", and
"Verifiability".

Please let's keep jargon to a minimum.  This is a public mailing list
on a matter of policy that is of interest to every one of the many,
many thousands of people who are the subject of, or are mentioned in,
a Wikipedia article.  Very, very few of them know what our policies
are, still fewer know how we develop them, and you could probably
count those who know what "NPOV, BLP and V" means, and are not already
involved in Wikipedia, on the fingers of a severely maimed hand.
