No, but a record that said

* David Gerard 01:01:24 checkuser 192.168.23.6

* David Gerard 01:02:58 checkuser Willy on Wheels

would indicate that he probably edits from the 192.168.23.0 IP range,
and that he's suspected of being a reincarnation of Willy on Wheels.
