If Geni's theory that the "active admins" should /increase/ their work
rate is correct, then the "social benefits" will actually be negative
ones, because they will then no longer be able to have a social life
at all.
On a more serious note, I must comment that I am disturbed at the
notion of "social benefits of adminship" at all. People do not become
admins for "social benefits". If they do, and succeed in their
attempts, it shows that the RfA system as it exists has finally and
irrevocably failed.
