[WikiEN-l] Removal of personal attack requested.

Hi,

This edit (

contains a personal attack. "He was whinging" (whining) is a weak 
personal attack.

Per WP:NPA, it is against Wikipedia guidelines to make personal attacks.

I would like this personal attack removed and the editor/admin cautioned 
against making similar personal attacks in the future.
