Yes, you're right. Sorry, my original response was a bit hasty. The page I
linked to on the ANI thread (http://www.kcb.org/kcb_dir_cityofchicago.html)
has some other potential numbers you could try.

We have a bit of a problem here as we don't know the guy's actual name or
address... not sure that there's a hell of a lot that the police could do if
the school is closed. (Or at least, if the threat is real, by the time they
managed to ask someone from the school and figure it out it might be too
late.)
