That list has absolutely nothing to do with what I was talking about.
Danny suggested that "Instead of asking people to create brand new
article, the focus should be on improving existing articles."  I asked
why.  Yes, there is a list of articles which need improvement.  There
is also a list of articles which need to be created.  Why is one list
more important than the other?
