Good point.  I had not considered that.


Okay ... suppose you have a good-hearted but bannibly misguided user 
repeatedly replacing {{nosource}} with {{fairuse}} ... or removing 
{{db|}} from abusive userboxen ... or creating exotic category 
structures and throwing articles into disarray ... or ...
