[WikiEN-l] Discuss Blocked

I have been blocked by "Can't sleep, clown will eat me" for "repeated 
vandalism for several days". When I asked why(I don't believe I didn't 
anything to briech Wikipedia code), he gave no response. When I checked how 
long I would be blocked for I noticed "Can't sleep, clown will eat me" has 
blocked many many users for the same accusation, I believe  "Can't sleep, 
clown will eat me" has been blocking people as a joke. I am also blocked 
from editing my own user page.
