[WikiEN-l] Zergeisterung

A massive cross-language spam run has been done with the article 
[[en:zergeisterung]], which has become a blocked lemma in the German 
wikipedia some time ago already as being an invented term without any 
sources. Now almost every Wikipedia has both a [[Zergeisterung]] and 
[[Talk:Zergeisterung]], containing the text which is currently on Afd 
already (and looks like it will be a clear delete), or even worse a 
babelfish translate. As it is very tedious to blank the text in each 
edition manually, and then it isn't gone completely anyway - is the 
cleanup of this mess a possible action which can be done by a beaurocrat?
