Does lists count? like  
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_South_Park_episodes> and it's ilk (a  
lot of "list of XXX episodes" type articles have at least one image per  
episode.

There is also <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_television_idents>, wich  
is basicaly just a collection of indents.

There are a lot of these at  
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Gmaxwell/query_fairusecount>, the list  
is somewhat out of date (from November 2005), but it looks like a lof of  
them are still stuffed with fair use images and I'm sure Gmaxwell could  
update it if asked.
