We already have much of that content, in the various articles about
years by topic, for example [[1974 in Australia]] and [[1974 in
music]]. I do like the yearbook type format though, perhaps the list
of events can go to something like [[List of events in 1974]], and the
[[1974]] page can be a summary-type thing?
