To me this is a no brainer - from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Username#Inappropriate_usernames

   - Names that refer to symbols of hatred, including historical figures
   who are widely associated with such

Seems clearly to qualify - it is surprising that it took this long to
notice.
