[WikiEN-l] Retrieving article deleted for NN

I stand corrected. As a user of this template, however, I would say that it
VISUALLY does not resemble a userbox, even though its usage matches that of
a userbox, so I'll continue to list it on my user page rather than my
/Userboxes page.
