While [[Wikipedia:Naming conventions]] is marked as policy, the page
[[Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English)]] is marked as guideline
only.

In the end, whether the name on the article is recognisable is what's
important, not whether or not it has diacritics - redirects can take
care of that.
