That may work for me, but most people use monobook. 
So its at least practical for me to state "this minor
thing is a bit annoying" and maybe should be tweaked. 

Other little niggles which impede reading: Improper
[[WP:HN|hatnotes]], and {{otheruses}} tags would be
better off, like xx:Language tags, in the sidebar or
in a div box, like {{shortcut}}.
