That's not an http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_proxy, that's an 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onion_Router which is an entirely different 
beast.

An Onion Router, yes. An Open Proxy: nuke them until they glow and then blow 
them away in the dark.

An Open Proxy is what those viruses and worms are trying to make your
