You know this is about a wheel-war, not that.  Form and content.  Some idiot 
creates a userbox, and because of the 'sacred' quality of the userbox form, 
some other idiots rush to undelete it.  As has been frequently been pointed 
out, the _content_ hasn't been policed in the way you suggest.

It is a complete violation of common sense to wheel-war about this, rather 
than discuss matters.  Dragging red herrings across the issue helps not at 
all.
