Apologies for bluntness, but I think it is sophistry to explain why 
admins who followed process and precedent were 'punished' while those 
who did not weren't.

That being said. We have now established new standards. It is decreed by 
both yourself and the ArbCom that userpage statements similar to 'This 
user is a pedophile' bring the project into disrepute and editors who 
harm the project in this way have no right to contribute.

Since this has not been the case to date quite a number of such 
'verbotten' comments and users have accumulated and must now apparently 
be be purged. Has any thought been given to how this pogrom should be 
accomplished?
