[WikiEN-l] looking for a moderation plugin

Hi there, I was wondering if any programmer would be able to pogram for 
me a plugn for mediawiki that would
filter all posts / edits to me, before they are put on my website.

I want to beable to monitor/reject/approve all content being submitted 
to my sight.

Does this functionality exist in a  plugin somewhere?

If not, how much would you charge to program this functionality for me?
