[WikiEN-l] quick question: different policies for different namespaces?

If a questioner doesn't mind, answering a question by original research on
the reference desk is fine, and while it would be helpful to be verifiable,
it's not required. In this case what you're looking for is mentioned in the
policies you're talking about. They say they apply to articles specifically.
