That's silly - blanking a page is half of a total re-write, but
justblanking a page is still seen as vandalism (even if the person
uses an edit
summary saying "blanking to make way for a re-write" and then doesn't
re-write the page)

I see there are a lot of ideas for how to prevent future backlogs, but I was
