[WikiEN-l] OTRS for wikien

Im a little tired of mail threading, subject forking, ineditability,
untaggability, and the general disorganization of the standard Piper.

Something better, there is?  OTRS comes to mind, but that
might be too process oriented. Something... mailable, threadable, that
can show >> text as hidden in a collapsable div... something that will 
do all of that and yet be low-maintenance... :)
