You do. Use git - the key insight for git is that the working unit is
the project, not the file; so with Wikipedia, the key insight is that
the working unit is the project, not the article. So blame-per-phrase
can be preserved wherever a sentence wanders in the wiki! And just
imagine the author list for a particular article *that* will give us
...
