[WikiEN-l] Finding deleted contributions of a user

I miss that being on the toolserver as well, heps when dealing with vandals 
who have already had their edits deleted.  The problems on the tool server 
were taht everyone could access it (not just admins), and of course the 
issues with the tool server simply not working with en: anymore.
