Kindness has nothing to do with it.  The statement
	"Please -- be realistic.  Nobody has that kind of money."
(in reference to "being sued for unfair dismissal") is absurdly wrong
and contributes nothing to the analysis of a real, on-going problem.

What's next?  IANALs giving legal advice?  Oh, wait....
