[WikiEN-l] Indefinite Bans with No Oversight

As a general note, regardless of the rightness or wrongness of a ban,  
nobody who says""This
place is a joke. It's too bad, because it had possibilities before  
all you fucking Jews came along ..." will ever actually strike me as  
worth the effort of loading the webpage to unblock them. Which I  
think remains the best test for a ban against policy. If nobody cares  
enough to fix it, it must have been right.
