[WikiEN-l] Temple University is Blocked

To whom it may concern,

I just tried to register for an account on wikipedia but it says my IP
(155.247.166.29) has been blocked. It just happens that this IP is for
the web proxy to the biggest library on campus. I'm at Temple
University in Philadelphia (www.temple.edu). Is there any chance of it
getting unblocked so the legit users can add to the site too? I'm not
sure what the policy is for blocking proxies. Thanks for your time.
