Yep, people are willing to dump all over admins, but I've noticed
they get a lot quieter when Jimbo steps in. Mailing list habitues
have known for quite a while that this all was coming, but even
now the upload form doesn't directly tell people that the fair-use
criteria are being taken seriously these days.

Well, you're doing God's work. Like turning a supertanker, slow
to get started, but I suspect that a year from now, bogus "fair-use"
images will be speedied with little ado.
