I wish to apologise for and retract calling this "RFC abuse" in the
original subject line. That implies Blackcat's action in bringing the
RFC was in bad faith, which I don't think is the case. I do think he's
*dead wrong*, however, and that twenty people working in concert to
violate the deletion policy is not somehow less bad than just one
doing so.
