[WikiEN-l] Usenet as a source

Being bold, I just added a paragraph discussing Usenet as a source to 
the "what counts as a reputable publication?" section of [[WP:NOR]].

Oddly enough, it supports my position and contradicts SlimVirgin's ... ;->
