Hi David

But reading your answer to Angela, I feel that you are not so much 
talking of a general trend, but rather of a couple of very specific 
situations, which involves yourself. Am I wrong ?

If so, perhaps the issue can be solved by a *rule* but rather by finding 
someone (in particular of their language) to talk to him/them and see 
where the problem relies ?
