In my experience, it usually takes consistent application of far worse
labels in order to make an Arbitration Committee case, and that applies to
everyone, not just Ambi. That said, your implication that admins are held
to a different standard of conduct is true, but the standard they are held
to is actually much higher than that of the typical editor.
