[WikiEN-l] NPOV: Fetus personhood

Presented as a flat fact, of course, but NPOV policy contemplates  
that all significant points of view be fairly presented. This point  
of view is significant and ought to be included in the articles it is  
relevant to, such as abortion, as should the opposing points of view.
