I support that different languages have different policies.  For
example, German Wikipedia does not allow fair use at all (or perhaps in
a very limited way).

And yes, it does concern me.  It's a balancing act.

Well, it's about time that they just be deleted wholesale.  But I know
there's been a diligent ongoing project to tag them.  I wouldn't want us
to disrupt that valuable work by getting draconian all of a sudden.

Perhaps because there are few of them. :-)

I'm listening, believe me.  I'm sure you'll agree these are complex
issues with many delicate legal and social ramifications for the project.
