[WikiEN-l] Clearly not a role account

[[Wikipedia:Role account]] redirects to
[[http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Role_account]], which
says that ''A role account is an account that is not
associated with a particular person''. This account is
associated with me, so it is not a role account. It is
an account used to protect my main account from
retribution while I raise a complaint about powerful
users abusing their power.
