Hey :) I've blocked Alberuni for just this reason. If a user is 
reverting in this way I cannot assume good faith and they risk getting 
blocked. As an admin, I'll be checking the talk page to see how much 
they've discussed this with the other party first, however. If the user 
has made an attempt to discuss the issue with another difficult party 
I'd be much less inclined to block the user.
