Reverse the block in accordance with policy please ( was Re: [WikiEN-l] abuse of administrator priviledges by AndyL

The when not to block section of the blocking policy page states that "blocks to gain advantage in a content dispute" are not allowed.  Furthermore AndyL stated in his block message: "adding other material in addition to your reverts doesn\'t stop an edit from being a revert".

This is not documented anywhere and is obviously a judgement call.  I did not use the revert mechanism (going to history and selecting an older page), and I made substantial and responsive changes to the page, while AndyL, used the revert mechanism (apparently).

Since I was blocked in violation of this policy, please use the provided mechanism to unblock me, that documents this as a legitmate reason..
