[WikiEN-l] Account creation spike on enwiki after anonymous page creation got disabled

I made a plot[1] of account creations on the English Wikipedia based
on Newuserlog data, there has been quite a spike since anonymous page
creation got disabled, although the numbers are a bit inaccurate since
it has also been in the press lately.
