It's technically correct. The House of Windsor was originally called 
Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, and Saxe-Coburg-Gotha is a branch of the House of 
Wettin. If a dynasty includes rulers of different countries at the 
same time, as was the case with the Wettins, people often identify 
sub-dynasties, and so Windsor/Saxe-Coburg-Gotha is a sub-dynasty of Wettin.
