Would people check out this pricks edits please and state on his rfc if
he is a simple vandal that can be blocked by any admin or a more usual
POV pusher that needs to go to the AC.

It's a bit of an in-between case IMO. I think he's a vandal who is here
to get his kicks from insulting people, but maybe I am biased because
he's called me part of a "lunatic fringe".

What do other people think?
