If you have a look at http://www.openformats.org you will see that the 
software it uses, WikkaWiki, has implemented ACLs (Access Control Lists) that 
cause every page to have an owner who can give read/write access to anyone 
he/she wants. You can even make a page non-readable by anons. I would like to 
see ACLs in MW1.4.
