I don't see a problem with this - [[Sannse]] is a redirect to
[[User:Sannse]] too. Obviously, if the name is famous or otherwise used on
the 'pedia it can't be done this way, but if there is no other use for the
page I see no problem. In cases where a user biography has been deleted,
redirecting in this way might reduce conflict - it's a friendlier way of
dealing with the article than outright deletion.
