[WikiEN-l] Help! I've lost my Wikipedia password!

I've lost my Wikipedia password. 

Is there any way of getting back into my account, perhaps having 
Wikipedia mail me a new password?

My user name is Cabalamat

(Yes, I know I should have taken better care of my password. I'm 
bad at remembering passwords, so I wite them all down in a book. 
Unfortunately, I lost the book.)
