Troll mafia is the idea that trolls may evolve a system of cooperation for more effective trolling. Through division of labor, these metatrolls are able to efficiently engage in harassment of other users while giving the appearance of due process. Troll mafia are thought to exploit the [[delphi technique of consenus building]], whereby they begin with a foregone conclusion, then politely ridicule any other suggestions until somebody proposes the solution they desire.

By the way, there is also no entry for delphi technique of consenus building entry in wikipedia. No delphi technique and no open source journalism. hmm Why is that?
