Something suddenly spring to my mind...
What do you mean all wikimedia wikis ?
When was it decided that the english arbitration committee would decide
who is allowed to edit or not to edit on another language wikipedia ?
How do you plan to tell other languages of your decisions ?
How do you plan to inforce us to obey the english committee decisions ?
What does happen if say...Lir was writing french, and french people
decided to ban him...would you all accept that naturally our decision to
ban him is necessarily a decision that all wikipedias immediately have
to respect ?
What about local rights ?
Of course, you may argue that the committee was chosen by Jimbo, and
that as such, it takes decisions over all wikipedias...but then...why
would only the english have this right ? And again, how do you plan to
communicate (I saw no communication on the matter) and to inforce this
decision of you ?
