[WikiEN-l] 168 temporarily desysopped, review requested

When 168 got into a deletion/undeletion war by trying to delete complaints
about him, people changed their votes on my temporary desysopping poll such
that it went from 5-4 in favour to 11-2 in favour. Accordingly, I desysopped
him immediately. The poll is at:

Can the arbitration committee or Jimbo please review 168's desysopping, and
advise whether it should be permanent? Or if not, what the term should be?
