Not this again!

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia which anyone can edit. Not "anyone who
can be bothered to fill out a form, wait for an e-mail to arrive,
fiddle about with magic verification URLs, and then try and remember
what it was they were going to edit". Anyone who wants to start a
project that's the latter, go do it.
