[WikiEN-l] submitting pictures

I was approached some time ago about donating pictures to the site and was 
interested in doing so. I received an email back then on the specific steps and 
image size that was needed, but i no longer have that information. If someone 
can get back to me regarding this, i'd appreciate it.
